End User Terms
Spacewright apps are licensed under the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0, as published and adopted by Atlassian for Marketplace apps.
We adopt it unmodified. There are no Additional Terms and no Attachments.
Why a standard agreement rather than our own
Three reasons, and they are all in your favour.
It is a published, neutral standard that your legal team may already have reviewed, so evaluating us does not mean reading a bespoke contract from a vendor you have not dealt with before.
It is complete. For an app with no data egress, no sub-processors, no integrations and no third-party services, there is nothing unusual that would need expressing in custom terms.
And it is honest about what it does not cover, rather than quietly broadening what we may do with your data. That is in the privacy policy, and the short version is: nothing leaves your Atlassian site.
Buying and billing
Apps are sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles pricing, trials, billing, renewals and sales tax, and is the merchant of record. Payment questions go to Atlassian; questions about what the app does go to support@spacewright.net.
Data processing
We do not publish a separate Data Processing Addendum, because there is no processing outside your own Atlassian site for one to govern: no sub-processors, no egress, and nothing stored anywhere else. The specifics are in the privacy policy, and every question on the Privacy and Security tab of our Marketplace listing is answered.
If your procurement process requires a signed DPA, write to support@spacewright.net and we will work through it with you.
Support commitments
Set out on the support page. Monday to Friday, with a target first response of one business day.
